What is Procopio’s returns policy?
Return Policy and Warranty. If you purchase equipment and you are not completely satisfied with the product for any reason within 14 days of receipt of purchase, we will refund your purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges. RETURNS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF the date of PURCHASE.
Procopio Warranty period is dependent on the item purchased and it is based on the manufacturer’s warranty.
Procopio’s returns policy allows for 14-days to return product for all items covered by a manufacturer’s returns policy. For the customer’s convenience, the policy provides 14 days from the invoice date to the issuance of a Return Authorization (RA). Furthermore, the policy extends an additional 7 days from the Returns Authorization issuance to receipt of the item in our logistics center.
Any item sent for a full refund must be delivered in unused or unworn and in the same condition as you received it, with the tags still on the product. Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to insure your package is returned to us.
In the event an item is received broken or damaged, then you will be given a full refund or we’re happy to exchange the item, dependent on what you are likely to prefer. This is dependent on the 14-days return policy described above.
What if the business partner will not allow the product to be returned?
If the manufacturer’s policy is no returns, Procopio’s return policy is no returns.
Can an exception be made to this policy?
We are unable to make an exception to the 14 day product return policy. Procopio has simplified our returns policy and will be providing the returns guidelines at the time of purchase. In addition, this policy enables us to provide the customer with more consistent and timely answers. This policy is more aligned with our major competitors’ stated policies.
What are the benefits to the returns policy?
Procopio believes the simplified returns policy will enhance the overall customer experience:
- The customer will be notified of non-returnable products at the time of purchase
- The customer will get consistent responses regarding Returns Authorizations
- The customer will get timely response (ideally on the first call) regarding Return Authorizations
- For virtual products, credit will be issued on a more timely basis
- It will help the customer to explain the returns policy to the end-user
- It will allow the customer to credit your customers in a more timely fashion
